🔄 Item Availability
Occasionally, an item may be out of stock or delayed. If that happens, we’ll substitute it with a comparable item of equal value to avoid holding up your entire order.
❌ Refunds & Replacements
Because each item is custom-made, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for sizing or preference issues if the order was fulfilled correctly.
However, if you received the wrong item, size, or if there’s another issue, please contact us directly and we will discuss options for replacements or returns.
